What is your child struggling with or what challenges do they currently have?

Yoga and mindfulness techniques can help to support or overcome many challenges.

As a certified children's yoga teacher, I aim to help children feel calm, happy, connected and confident through yoga and wellbeing classes to align their mind, body and soul.

Stretch, Breathe, and feel happy and calm while learning yoga poses, breathing strategies, relaxation and yoga games while having fun!

I incorporate stories, props and games to make yoga fun, help engage children and to enjoy the experience!

Yoga Workshop for 6-12 year olds.

Sibling discounts and term packages also available.

Max Class sizes are 6 children.

Yoga mats are provided, however you can bring your own mat if preferred and you can also bring a small blanket for relaxation time.

Bring a water bottle and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
